Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage drain and sewer operations with precision and adherence to industry standards.
- Crew Management: Handle multiple crews by developing, managing, and maintaining efficient crew schedules.
- Fleet Oversight: Maintain our fleet of drain and sewer equipment to ensure optimal performance and readiness.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your experience with jetter and drum drain cleaning machines to support day-to-day operations.
- Inspection & Diagnostics: Conduct televising and camera inspections to accurately diagnose system issues and communicate solutions.
- Customer Communication: Engage effectively with customers and crews via email and phone, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Sales Confidence: Leverage your technical skills to drive product sales, confidently addressing customer inquiries and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in drain and sewer operations, demonstrating strong technical and managerial skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with jetter and drum drain cleaning machines along with hands-on televising and camera inspection experience.
- Additional Expertise: Sewer lining experience is a plus, though not required.
- Leadership: Ability to manage multiple work crews, streamline operations, and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for clear and effective communication with both crew members and customers.
- Sales Aptitude: Confidence in product sales and the ability to diagnose customer issues and offer effective solutions.
